Bringing yoga, mindfulness,
meditation, and creativity
to children.

YogaFrogs is not like yoga for adults. Classes are taught in a fun and creative environment that specifically support the capacities and needs of children.

Encouraged to think freely and contribute their feelings to the class. Through stories, games, yoga postures and meditation, children will learn the power of movement, creative expression, and inner tranquility.

Classes explore different themes allowing the opportunity to experience a variety of postures across each session.

Your children will gain great benefits by practicing with Charlie. Including a calmer, more relaxed, state of mind and a stronger, more supple, body.
